Help with an Order

1. Find the Items you want

You can browser all our products using the main category menu or search box along the top of every page. Once you're viewing a category or search results you will either see link to sub-categories of that category or an overview of the products available to you. Click on the products images or 'view item' link to view the full details or to add to your buggy.

2. Select the Product options

Depending on the product you are viewing, you may have option available to choose before adding to the basket. These options are often options around size, colour and quantity. The website should only display the options that are currently in stock.

3. Add the Items to your Buggy

Once you have configured any available product options you simply click 'Add to Buggy'' to add that item to your buggy (basket). The page will redirect you to the basket where you can view tax and shipping information before either continuing through to Checkout or continue shopping to browse further products.

Whenever an item or items have been added to your basket, your mini-buggy at the top of every page will highlight. You can click this to return to the buggy at any stage.

4. Preview Tax and Shipping in your Buggy

You can view your buggy (basket) by clicking on the mini-basket at the top of every page at any stage. The buggy will automatically calculate any tax and shipping charges, select and update the country to calculate the charges for your country.

You can also update the quantities or delete unwanted products in your buggy form this screen.

5. Proceed to Checkout

Once you've previewed your buggy total and are happy to proceed to Checkout you can click the link to checkout at the top of every page or the large 'Proceed to Checkout' buttons on the buggy page.

6. Sign in or Register

To purchase a product on BabyBarn.co.uk you need to create an account so you can login to maintain your contact information, address book and view you order history. If you're a new customer then please complete the right hand column register panel to create and account. Existing customers can login using the left hand column sign in panel or request a password reminder.

When registering your email please remember that this is the only email address to which we can send information about your order.

Passwords are not case-sensitive and we recommend a minimum of 6 characters and avoid passwords that are easy to guess. Anyone that know your password will be able to update your details and view your order history.

7. Choose your Delivery Address

Tell us were you would like your order delivered to, please remember that al deliveries will need to be signed for.

You can select previously entered addresses form the left column or add a new address using the right column panel.

8. Choose your Billing Address

You can select previously entered addresses form the left column or add a new address using the right column panel.

Please note that the billing address should match the address of the card you wish to make payment with.

9. Input any Promo Codes

Input and apply any promotional or discount code you have before proceeding to Review your Order Summary.

10. Review and Select your method Payment

Review your order, you can using the links along the top of the Checkout process to navigate back to re-select your address.

Once you are happy with the order you must now select you payment method.

We are working on providing several payment options but at present we are using PayPal to take payment for your order. There fore click on the 'PayPal' logo to save your order and be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page to make your payment.

Follow the instructions on PayPal to complete your payment and you will be redirected back to a payment confirmation page on BabyBarn.

11. Order Confirmation

If your payment is successful you should land on a Order Confirmation page with a review of your order and order reference details. An email of this order will have been sent to the email provided but we strongly recommend you print a copy of this page.

12. Check you Order Status

You can view your order history, manage your address book and personal information at anytime by selecting the 'My Account' link at the top of every page.
