Delivery
We are delighted to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders to the UK (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man). Delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 days to arrive at the destination.
Orders placed before 2pm are despatched same day, as long as items are in stock.
European and International custom is most welcome and we charge £7.50 to any European address and £10.50 for the rest of the World.

Please note that all packages will need a signature on receipt of goods to all destinations.
Returns
At BabyBarn we have a ‘no fuss’ Returns Policy.
If for any reason you do not like the items your purchased or the garments do not fit we will exchange or refund your purchases for the full amount paid for the goods.
You have up to 30 days from the day of purchase to return your goods to us at:

We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to BabyBarn.
Please ensure the goods are packaged carefully and include the order number and reason for returning the goods on the form provided in your original order, attached to your delivery note.
We will try to refund or exchange your goods as quickly as possible but expect it to take up to 21 days.
*Sale or Special Offer / Discounted Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Exchanges
Please note, we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size (orders@babybarn.co.uk) and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
Faulty Goods
For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process as ‘Returns’ and ‘Exchanges’.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of three months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
